The league would appreciate help from coaches and parents each Saturday in March to get Koons Park fields ready for the season. This includes preparing the tee ball, minors, majors, and teener/legion fields; setting up batting cages; cleaning up and preparing the concession stand; cleaning up the clubhouse and storage sheds; other general spring maintenance.

Player evaluations are held to help gauge skill levels to create competitive balance among the teams. The following players must attend the evaluation:
● All players moving up for their first Spring season at a new level (Rookie, Minors, or Majors). Note that playing at a new level in the Fall does exempt a player from evaluations.
● All Rookie, Minors, or Majors players who are new to Linglestown.
● Any player who has requested to change levels and has received Board invitation to evaluation.
● There is NO EVALUATION for Tee Ball players

Player Evaluations (Rookie, Minors, Majors) - Mon, March 2 (times for each age group TBD);
Team Selections (Rookie, Minors, Majors) - First week of March
Mandatory Coaches Meeting (Rookie, Minors, Majors) - Mon, March 9 at 7:00 PM (Location TBD)
Practices Begin - March
Regular Season Games Begin - Week of Monday, April 6
LBA Day Celebration - Sat, April 18 Games scheduled; Picture Day; Opening Ceremony; Food Trucks
All Star Evaluations - Week of Mon, May 4
Memorial Day Parade in Linglestown - Mon, May 25
