To comply with Pennsylvania law and keep our kids safe, LBA requires all coaches and umpires to obtain and submit copies of their Pennsylvania State Police Criminal History and Child Abuse History certifications before they can begin working with the players.  These documents can be obtained at the following websites:

Certificates need to be updated every 5 years.
Prospective coaches who have not lived in Pennsylvania continuously for the last 10 years are subject to an additional FBI background check.
